Brett, my head is spinning... I need an AI Assistant/Agent to tell me what everything you just described, means. I enjoyed reading your article, it describes a marketplace I have not experienced yet, but can extrapolate what it might look like sooner than later.

I'm with you on the return of build. With LLMs, it’s more like “use” than “build”. Building is scary. Using LLMs is far less scary, and even more powerful. I think people are still underestimating how much easier and cheaper it is to create in-house tools using LLMs than it was to build software applications.

Single best assessment of the new state of play that i've read. we are experiencing exactly this as employees and buyers are both very proactively asking for more functionality to be integrated.

Thanks Parker - and in your business, I did not even get into the power of having personal memory models and empathy models that allow the perfect level of interaction with the end users - in your case, coaching recipients.

Exactly. Solving memory and, more importantly, drawing what is contextually relevant from an ever larger corpus of information about a user - both explicit and inferred - is a non-trivial and unsolved problem in LLM-powered products, and we don't think advances in LLMs are likely to solve it, not at the nuance required for a vertical like this. It's our big R&D bet, and it's been fun to make progress.
